Portal system designed for companies procuring Corporate Housing. Provides “best practices” in: bid management, supplier management, guest/counselor satisfaction and consolidated reporting. Allows corporate housing buyers to enter a reservation request in a city and receive multiple bids back within a specified turn around time. Results of bids received back from several corporate housing providers in a given destination are emailed directly to the counselor in a spreadsheet providing, literally, a side by side comparison of services, apartment amenities and costs.

We then provide our corporate Clients with metrics on guest satisfaction. Additionally, ESP is a powerful tool that provides real time data to help us to increase our service levels throughout our organization. |
